We use only the best raw materials in the manufacture of high quality polyethylene woven furniture. The polyethylene weave we use is WINTECH which is the latest technology in high-density polyethylene, produced in Germany. It has been tested against UV, radiation and water which means it will fade, sag or split for 40,000 UV hours.
Every piece of furniture is individually hand woven by skilled craftsmen onto high grade, double powder coated up to 2mm thick aluminium frames which guarantees against rusting and chipping. As a result the furniture is lightweight giving greater versatility. The master weaver ensures the weave is tight and uniform meaning that when you try to push your fingers through the weave it’s almost impossible. This tight high quality tight weave also ensures a perfect pattern. PE or polyethylene is a synthetic, colour fast material which is impervious to the elements, making it UV, chlorine, salt and water resistant. Corrosion and chemical resistant, coupled with high impact strength makes the furniture extremely durable.
We guarantee the furniture to be in showroom condition after three years of being open to the elements. There is no special maintenance required other than an occasional hose down with fresh water to remove any surface dirt.
